Garlic and Chilly Mayonnaise

GARLIC AND CHILLY MAYONNAISE

1	Chili flakes	40	gm
2	Garlic	40	gm
3	Mayonnaise	200	gm
4	Olive oil	20	ml
5	Vinegar	15	ml

METHOD:

* Take mayonnaise in a big bowl (You can purchase packet mayonnaise as shown in the picture).

* Mix Mayonnaise with chili flakes, add vinegar and mix it thoroughly.

* Serve cold along with hot snacks like French fries, potato wedges, Chips etc.

Chef's Tip

Prunes and Walnut on the bed of Smoke cheese with garlic mayonnaise

PRUNES AND WALNUT ON THE BED OF SMOKE CHEESE WITH GARLIC MAYO

* As you can see the above picture, place prune on the top of smoke cheese. Pour garlic mayonnaise on the top of that.

* Keep the walnut on the top of the garlic mayo.

* Garnish it with fresh parsley.

* Serve at room temperature.
